Registration is a two step process...
1) Register online by credit card or Paypal account. Paypal will capture your address and email but please add the names of other participants if registering for more than one person to the note section at bottom.
Within seven (7) days of payment and typically much faster, YRARF personnel will confirm by email your registration and send a Liability Form to complete and return. If you do not receive confirmation then please email to check on status. Your receipt will show your registration items - if this does not seem correct, contact us.
2. Return your signed liability form to complete your registration. The release may be returned by email (pdf, jpeg) or mail.
Registration for YRARF 2024 is considered complete once the signed release is received. YRARF personnel will confirm completion of registration and give you your assigned (by time of registration) ID/Combine Ticket number.
Check-in and Orientation. Thursday, 31 October 2024.
Check in and visit information booths at Gator Chateau from 7:30-9:00 AM at the Jefferson Davis Tourism property at 100 Rue De l'Acadie, just north of the I-10 in Jennings to receive your identification badge with name, state, and ID number and your Combine Ticket. Those participating in pre-festival Wednesday activities will receive their festival materials when they check-in for their field trip but should plan to attend the orientation. You will pick up your geaux-lunch as you leave. Those arriving later can make special arrangements to check-in with coordinators.
Orientation 9:00-10:30 AM. We will review YRARF basics, safety, and provide the harvest site location(s) and what time to meet there.
2024 Important Dates

Registration closes when all festival spaces are filled or on 7 October (whichever comes first).

7 October 2024 is last day to cancel and receive a refund unless we can fill your vacancy with someone on the WAIT LIST.
