The festival is brought to you by Avian Events Support Team a 501(c)(3) public charity.

Registration is a two step process...

1) Register online. Paypal will capture your address and email but please add names of other participants if registering for more than one person to notes at bottom.

Within seven (7) days of payment and typically much faster, YRARF personnel will confirm your registration. If you do receive confirmation please email to check on status. You will receive a receipt that shows what you have registered.You will also receive a liability release to sign and return. Please print legibly on all correspondence. 

2. Complete your registration and receive your ID/Combine Ticket number by returning the liability release. The release may be returned by email (pdf, jpeg) or mail.

Your registration is considered complete once the signed release is received and YRARF personnel will confirm release and provide your ID/Combine Ticket number.

Check in at the festival and receive a gift tote with your identification badge with name, state, and ID number and one Combine Ticket. YRARF is based at the Hampton Inn & Suites in the Evangeline Room - a block of rooms at the festival rate is available will be offered soon (link at hotel image).

2019 Important Dates

  • 1 August 2020 registration opens at 5 PM CDT. 

  • Registration closes when all festival spaces are filled or on 20 October (whichever comes first).

  • 1 October 2020 is last day for a full refund (minus 2.5% handling fee)

  • 15 October 2020 is last day for a 50% refund; no refunds after 15 October (unless we can fill your vacancy) with someone on the WAIT LIST.
